Whether you need a full rotisserie service for a wedding or large gathering or our pulled pork option for intimate family events we provide the high quality service you need.
To make a hog roast cost effective it does become more economical with bigger numbers, so for parties with less than 40 we recommend our pulled pork option.
Our locally sourced pork is rubbed with our home made blend of herbs and spices. It is then slowly roasted for over 10 hours before the tender pork is pulled off the bone resulting in a fantastic warm smokey flavour pork that melts in your mouth.
We use locally baked baps to serve the hog with your choice of either our delicious bbq or Bramley apple sauces complimented with chef’s home made sage and onion stuffing and of course oodles of crackling!
For something more substantial we offer an extensive menu of salads, potato dishes and “slaws” which can be added at an additional cost.
Our versatile Hog and spit roast packages have been thoughtfully created for a wide genre of events; From weddings, corporate and high end events to smaller intimate family gatherings and special occasions.
As well as providing our expertise when it comes to hog roasts we also offer a hiring service, for bigger numbers on a budget. This includes full advice, cooking and carving instructions and a demo from one of our team.
