2020 is proving to be a challenge for catering companies with so many restrictions but we will not be defeated and have adapted our menus to reflect smaller numbers.
To reassure clients wanting to plan ahead for 2021 in these uncertain times, we are happy to PROVISIONALLY book your chosen date until the New Year when hopefully the guidelines and restrictions will have more flexibility. We will do all we can to accommodate any necessary changes.
For small groups of 30 and under Pulled pork joints are recommended in preference to a hog. We also offer Lamb and chicken as alternatives so why not upgrade your menu and pamper your guests?
Our locally sourced pork is rubbed with our home made blend of herbs and spices. It is then slowly roasted for over 10 hours before the tender pork is pulled off the bone resulting in a fantastic warm smokey flavour pork that melts in your mouth.
We use locally baked baps to serve the hog with your choice of either our delicious bbq or Bramley apple sauces complimented with chef’s home made sage and onion stuffing and of course oodles of crackling!
With a diverse salad selection and additional slaws and potato choices, we have everything you need to create the perfect event.
Our versatile Hog and spit roast packages have been thoughtfully created for a wide genre of events; From weddings, corporate and high end events to smaller intimate family gatherings and special occasions.
As well as providing our expertise when it comes to hog roasts we also offer a hiring service, for bigger numbers on a budget. This includes full advice, cooking and carving instructions and a demo from one of our team.
